Volunteer Roles
We have multiple opportunities for volunteers at Sundance Circle Hippotherapy. Including:
- Horse Lead
- Sidewalker
- Facilitator
- Barn Team Member
- Horse Exerciser
- Facility Helper
Important Information
- Our volunteer opportunities are divided into shifts as well as roles. We really like our volunteers to be able to commit to your scheduled time on a regular basis.
- As part of your application you will be required to submit to a background check, sign a drug free workplace agreement, and a confidentiality agreement.
- Volunteers should dress comfortably and plan to be outside in the elements for at least part of the time. Having the appropriate attire will make your stay more comfortable and safe. Closed toe sturdy shoes are a must!
- Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. All volunteers must complete the liability release form. Minors under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian or parent co-sign their liability release as well.
